Yes, the Irish Oodle is a very family-oriented dog. They love all family members, whether elderly or very young. However, basic common sense should apply, and supervision with children is recommended.

Our puppies are 8 weeks of age when they go to their new homes. We select a date that is best for the pups which is usually between 8 to 9 weeks. 

Absolutely! Irish Oodles are easy to train as they are eager to please and quick learners. Consistency from all members of the family is key to their successful training.

The puppy's interstate flights do vary on locations. Though we are able to secure breeders costs which does give you a considerable discount. We cover the expenses for the vet clearance which is required.  Additionally, we will also cover the cost of transporting your puppy to the departure airport to ensure they catch their flight safely.

The grooming level of an Irish Oodle would be considered low to medium care. It is always wise to brush your Irish Oodle weekly, regardless of whether they require it or not. This will give you the opportunity to catch any small mats before they turn into large ones. Prevention is always the best method.

The size of an Irish Oodle depends on the size of the sire used. The sizes often used are toy, miniature, moyen, and standard. However, when there is a significant size difference between the parents, you will see variation even within the same litter, as some pups will take after the mother and some after the father.

Absolutely. Your Irish Oodle puppy will receive age-appropriate vaccinations, and we will cover the cost of transferring the microchip details into your name. All these services are provided at no additional expense to you.

Yes, we do send puppies overseas. Get in contact with us and we can discuss your countries requirements to make sure this can be achieved safely.

We do offer extra training for puppies. There will be weekly fees for this service, so get in touch with us for more details.

Yes, we can hold puppies for short periods of time but there will be a boarding and handling fee attached.  The price will depend on how many days extra we need to hold your puppy for.

Previously, it was free to place your name on a puppy wait list, however, we now request a $500 holding fee to ensure individuals and families on the wait list are serious about adopting our Irish Oodle puppies. Get in touch to learn more.

By paying a holding fee, we know you’re serious about adopting a puppy. It gives you priority of available puppies in order of receipt.  If we don’t have a puppy in a current litter that you want or the timing isn’t right, you can transfer to the next available litter.

We highly recommend pet insurance, and we start you with a free 8-week package.  We take great care to look after the health and wellbeing of your puppy before they become a part of your family. But like a young child, a puppy can get up to all sorts of mischief and can hurt themselves while exploring their new environment. This risk usually diminishes as they get older, and they learn what will and won’t hurt them. Unfortunately, some of these accidents may require a trip to the vet with bills that can be expensive. Feedback from previous clients has convinced us that having pet insurance for a new puppy is well worth the investment.

Yes, we conduct DNA health testing for every hereditary disease known to affect Irish Setters and Poodles. Our comprehensive testing helps ensure the health and well-being of our puppies.
